The Glider 'A' Series are fully hand-finished with "torsional clamshell" (the cutting angle of the blade changes, going from the base to the tips). The equal thumb and finger loops (Straight handle) are popular with 'traditional' hair cutters. Radial teeth are used for shaping hair, rather than surface finish. Designed with 2 finger-rests to be used both ways round for hard line and soft line cutting. The extremely strong steel (440C) makes for greater durability, longer life, greater resistance to corrosion, and a more serviceable scissor than any other scissor in its price range.
